The store itself is lovely, clean and decorated with seasonal displays (and the new leather smell was divine, as a very olfactory person). Helpful, non-pushy staff. Good selection. Will be frequenting Duy's as our first stop for our shoe needs vs. a chain store in the future. I have had four surgeries on my foot and buying shoes is often difficult. This is the most wonderful place to buy shoes. The staff asks you to have a seat and what type of shoe you are looking for. They bring every pair, loosen them, put them on, and tie the laces. Each walk in a new pair is unique and they want to know everything you're experiencing with each pair. They often know what shoe is best based on my complaints about other shoes. I love leaving knowing I have found the perfect show for me. They keep all my orders on file and will place an order if they don't have the shoe or size in stock. I have come back every year for the past 5 years and wouldn't think about going anywhere else.
